Primacy Relocation, a leading provider of employee relocation services, announced a restructuring of its global geographic regions to align more closely with those of its growing international client base. The three regions now comprise the Americas, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Asia.

"Across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia, Primacy's clients are experiencing renewed growth as the global economy improves," said Matt Spinolo, CRP, GMS, Primacy's CEO. "By structuring our regional business units to align with those of our global clients, we are better positioned to provide value and expertise to companies at all levels--local, national, regional, and international--as we continue to deploy our global assignment management and employee relocation services across all geographies."

The global restructure includes new senior executive leadership assignments:

Michelle Vallejo, SCRP, GMS, President, The Americas: Vallejo has served as Primacy's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2004. In addition to her current responsibilities for Business Development, Client Services, Operations, and Financial Services, Vallejo will also oversee US Global Operations, Global Supplier Management, Global HR Consulting, Global Assignment Management, Human Resources, Legal, and Administration. Primacy's operation in Canada will be part of the new Americas organization, which includes its eight US offices.

Steve Marshall, GMS, President, EMEA: Marshall joins Primacy with more than 18 years' experience in global relocation, including four years as a managing director over global mobility services throughout the EMEA region. Marshall's responsibilities as President, EMEA, include Business Development, Business Expansion, Operations, Client Services, Financial Services, and Administration.

Kim Froggatt, GMS, Vice President, Asia: Froggatt joined Primacy in 2004 with over 20 years' global relocation experience, the last 13 of which she spent living and working in Asia. Previously Vice President, Global Services, Froggatt will now be fully dedicated to the development of Primacy's Asia organization. She will focus on growing Primacy's business and developing an operations structure in key locations throughout the region. She is also a member of Worldwide ERC's board of directors.

Due to dramatic growth among multinational clients throughout Asia, Primacy will continue to expand services from its Shanghai hub.

"Primacy expects to invest further in Asia in the years ahead, similar to the commitments the company has made to develop our business in North America and Europe over the past decade," said Froggatt.

The three regional heads will report to Spinolo, who will retain direct oversight of IT and Business Governance.
